Z value for points on a plane

I have a plane at Z .000 and need to report all the points on that plane that are -.008 or below. Besides taking a bunch of single points, is there a way to scan the plane and report all the points below that range? And then show where these points are on a report?

Scan it with a poly line and use CAD evaluation to show the points you want.
You have the option to show a color gradient that uses the tolerance you apply
to your points. Then you can see exactly were on the part you have the plus or
minus material condition.

My day is over, so I don't have time to explain each detail. If you don't get it, we
can pick it back up in the morning.

It's been awhile but, I think you can use the Profile characteristic.
Go to form and location and choose profile, select the plane, select bilateral or outwards or inwards, choose the graphic button (zig-zag line) and instead of choosing cad view select "points list". Then close the characteristics and then open up the graphics again and the points list will be shown, right click on the points list and select modify chart settings, from there it gives you multiple options of points to be shown.
You'll have to play around with shape of zone drop-down menu to maybe get it to represent what you're wanting.

The points you choose will be shown on it's own report page but, I don't think you can get it to show just them points on the cad model itself ????????.
