Pattern angle

I want to calculate the angle 23 and 90, but in my bore pattern report it comes by adding each other.
I calculate it by creating a 3d line between two feature but it is not same as bore pattern report angle.
I want the angle same as difference between the
Pattern report.
Any options?? I tried in result element even though it is not same.

Have you tried using "Angle Between Features"? Just apply it to the holes directly, don't make a 3D line.
