[Br...]
I'm able to load a step file and create features. Once the inspection file is saved and opened at a later date the step file is not present. I went back and opened some older inspection plans and the step file loads correctly. Any idea which setting I'm missing to cause this issue?

[To...]
After you save the program for the first time, go to menu item View > Measurement Plan Directory and look for a file name model.sab. Whenever you load a model, it will convert the model to an .sab (standard acis binary) file. If it's there, it should be ok. Also, go to menu item File > CAD Load Settings. Make sure settings are like below. However, you're able to open other programs and see the model, so I don't think this is the problem.Annotation 2020-09-02 154958.jpg
[Br...]
Yes, this fixed the issue. Not sure how it was changed. Everything is working now.
