How to capture this data?

I need to get the "Y" values of these intersections from where an OD meets a line. I do not have access to curve or freeform. Edgepoint doesn't seem to work on these. Has anyone had to deal with something like this before? All intersections and projections I've tried just don't seem to work. Hoping I'm just having a big brain fart.

If you tried this method and still is finicky, try projecting both components onto a plane so they will intersect.

You can also measure it as a curve, and use the Kink Point. It works well for things like this.

Aint that easy if he doesnt have curve. It will be hard to anyone to give you an answer based on your question. Because "y-value" is pretty vauge. What accuracy of the coordinate do you need?
