I'm in my Pi-Web infancy but if you could be a little more specific, I could give it a shot.
Otherwise, I'm sure one of the experts will show up sooner or later.

You mean in simulation? If that's the case it will only display the correct runtime if you actually measure a part.
For instance, the part in the photo I attached takes 30 mins to actually run, but in simulation it takes less than a minute.

If there is a way to display actual runtime without measuring a real part, I'm unaware of it.

I have an irritating customer always ask more reports so what we do that we check few jobs and create more report by editing, but I can't edit the measuring time it shows zero after running the program only, and customer asking why the cycle time is zero. And it became a nightmare for us to debate with customer.

Simple words customer satisfaction

I'm pretty sure you can remove the runtime from the report if you edit the template from that program. But I would try to either talk the customer out of needing more reports or actually measure the parts as required by the customer that is paying you to do so. Dangerous road sending out reports with false data to customers and probably illegal.

May I ask which template you are using?
I went with "Standard Protocol" and edited to my liking. I did not have to add "Measurement Duration" as it was already present on the template.

Hah, in this corporate world you can't run your company if you are hundred percentage honest, you have to manipulate.

My customer rarely check job in his CMM. But he is more emphasis on document, I can't cut the cycle time.

Either use your own template or edit your pdf.

Why is it important that your customer knows the cycle time?
I would not let our customers know our cycle time. Cause if I could reduce the cycle time they would want reduced price of the part.
Let them know the hard facts partid, measurement results and evaluation.

According to purchase order contract agreement, cycle time is not their business, but unfortunately I send earlier report with cycle time. if I cut it definitely they will ask about it, that is a problem.

Disgusting. Maybe you should put that on your website so that your customers understand your level of integrity.

Customer is satisfied with our product,he is planning to give us more orders, please understand.

we have only one CMM and it is impossible for us to run according to customer advice ,it will affect other production planning.
Please don't judge a book by its cover..

Sure, sure... just wait until the customer(s) look at the actual data, and you lose all the business, and your reputation.

What about using userfield with predefinned duration, or some 1/0 which in template will affect condition ( if 0 then real time else predefinned time )

The customer is satisfied, therefor we are allowed to forge data and lie about it. Makes perfect sense.

Always assumed this stuff happened, just never thought someone would openly admit to it.

Yes, I should be diplomatic. I should not disclose that in this forum. Now everyone is roasting me.
Some guys using me to showcase their honesty... 😠

I would still change the template so that the header had less info and when they ask why. Just tell them that you have kept what is most critical in terms of traceability and evidens that parts are OK.
I can understand why they would be suspicious if the only thing that is missing from former report is cycle. But change a couple of other things aswell then.
