Go to your program. -> Measurement Plan TAB -> Multiple Printout -> Look under Settings section and you should see Format ->
Should say standard report or protocol. Choose the PENCIL Icon to the right. It should open up an editor.

-Do a SAVE As and Save how you want, In this case maybe save as your Customer Custom Report since it will be for only this Program. You can then simply delete the Time section from the template.

-Hit save, then to test it do a re run of the data and you should be good to go.

Adding to previous post. When Selecting the Pencil, if it says you don't have the report. Select standard Protocol and if prompted, choose Generic Templates and SAVE AS CUSTOM NAME. You will then get this to appear. ( Attachment shown)
Select Measurement Duration and corresponding Field, delete. As mentioned, Make sure you do a save as to not overwrite the original zeiss template. You can also mess around and move things, size them however you like.

My guess is you measured a part last week. They wanted to see the data. So you did a Subsequent Evaluation run ( re run of data frame database) and provided that. It is the same as if you ran a part, had a failure that was say due to dirt. Cleaned up and now passes, you would then turn off the Clear existing results and run the program for the updated data. Is that what you normally do? This would show a time of 0-1 second of run time. I had this problem too, I just deleted the Run time and made my own format.

I always found the Time of program should only be known for Internal use. My complany uses this information for POs and charges for Inspection. Look into Calypso Monitor. It came with the 2018 version and is a timer that runs and shows you your run time.

😱
Curious what the end-users feelings (and laws) are about fraud and falsification in their respective countries of origin.

Back in 2016 I worked for a 3rd tier automotive supplier. We had just gotten a contract with BMW, making the structural support for the dash of the 2017 X5. During my "training" I spent nearly 2 weeks learning how to manipulate the actuals of the report and edit .PDFs (all in Metrolog XG, I had not yet found the joy that is Calypso). I was tasked to do this after every run; send the real data to the machining team, then prepare a false report for BMW. I felt so grimy and slimy every time and eventually left due to this practice. Now I'm back with my original employer, and I couldn't be happier.

Laws are created by human not gods, in my knowledge this happens in all countries.

Mark Zuckerberg bought Instagram and he told us senators that Instagram is the great way of sharing ideas and our fundamental ideology is sharing the ideas.

everyone know he bought Instagram only for controlling the Monopoly of Facebook.

Everyone want to be honest but some situation we don't have another option.
