Is there a way to measure a part on one side, flip it over and measure other features that are otherwise inaccessible and put all results in one report?

Actually, a better approach might be doubling the model and run it in one program. There are several ppl on here that can help with that instruction.

I have experience, that when you measure common ( general? ) surface and selecting on CAD model, then it not works.
At least i tried 2 models on same position ( but a few planes was moved ) then it was reporting nonsence numbers.

Normal exported features will work, but not for surfaces.

Search for "flip part" and there are a few threads about the subject.

I have a few programs that I stop in the middle and flip the part over so it is totally possible. I'm busy right so not much time to explain but I think these threads will get you going.
