User Login issues

So last night we started having an issue with the user accounts on Calypso.
Usually, a QA tech on 3rd shift will qualify our probes so I have created a user for them to use. It has worked fine until last night. For some reason, the password is no longer accepted.
I came in today and I am able to log into the Master account but once in the master account, I can not log into any other user. I get the attached error.

The only way that I can currently get back to the shop floor autorun is to close the software completely and restart it. (it is set to start in the shop floor user and in autorun.

I have tried to shut down the computer and starting back up, ( I thought maybe there was a windows update causing issues) but it still does it. I tried creating a new user account and was unable to log into that account also.

Our other 3 CMMs are not having this issue.

Have any of you run into this and if so, how did you fix it.

How do I add/create different user accounts on CALYPSO. I have multiple inspectors and they are all logging under same (master) account.

Please sign in to view this quote.

Go to Extras - Settings - User. Clear out the Master name, and type the name of the user you want to create, and click on the add user button. (if the add button doesn't display, hit tab, and it should show up).
