So 50% overlap should cover all the iterations of that distance requirement ? I am only interested in in reporting the worst zone. The feature has a total flatness and this refinement. Tool marks are not permitted to be continuous. This would also detect a mill step from multiple passes. Total flatness callout is generous, but the refinement really is the challenge.
