You can phone customer care and ask to be directed to someone who would be able to explain their available services. Like constructed 2d lines, dozens of profile points instead of curves, or free from surfaces. Wonkey alignments, no filtering, incorrect evaluations. [Ca...] Posted August 10, 2020 Author Share Posted August 10, 2020 Thanks for the replies and input! We were able to agree on a manual inspection method, and it verified our CMM's findings. It's just another case of "How do I REALLY know, the program is checking it right?" Hopefully this experience will assist management believing and trusting their trained CMM programmers.
