Like constructed 2d lines, dozens of profile points instead of curves, or free from surfaces. Wonkey alignments, no filtering, incorrect evaluations. [Ca...] Posted August 10, 2020 Author Share Posted August 10, 2020 Thanks for the replies and input! We were able to agree on a manual inspection method, and it verified our CMM's findings. It's just another case of "How do I REALLY know, the program is checking it right?" Hopefully this experience will assist management believing and trusting their trained CMM programmers.
