[Hå...] Posted August 3, 2020 Share Posted August 3, 2020 Hi, we recently got errors again when starting Calypso. We updated with latest SP and nothing helps. Any idea? Solution cannot be total re-installation every 2 months? We don´t get past theser errors. 1 = Initial error when starting Calypso. 2 = next error message when we click error report on first. [Er...] Posted August 3, 2020 Share Posted August 3, 2020 It's not very easy to say without looking at the whole stack. But if I was forced to make a wild guess I'll say that there is one or more dynamic library file that your unable to load. Eg. advapi32.dll, gdi32.dll, kernel32.dll, libeay32.dll, CMath.dll, etc. (There is ~25 of them in total, and as you can see you'll need 32-bit versions.) Why they are removed/corrupted (if this is the reason) I have no idéa. Maybe you have some other program that overwrites the 32-bit version with a 64-bit? Or an angry virus scanner putting something in quarantine? However, things like these are seldom solved by the end users them self. You sound like a Swede by the name, if so. [Hå...] Posted August 4, 2020 Author Share Posted August 4, 2020 Well it happens with a 2 month interval (3rd time), repairing Calypso installation doesn't help. Removing any and all Windows Updates "after it starts to fail" doesn't help. Nothing caught by Antivirus. Only solutions seems to be complete removal of Calypso installation, re-install and re-configure of machine. But that´s very time-consuming.
