CAD anomolly

The "Box" around the AO end of this cannulated driver showed up out
of nowhere. I deleted the CAD entities, but it keeps re-appearing?

I call them ghosts. The designer might have used it on another feature to align or locate one feature to another in Pro-E. It might have to be removed in the design software. Sometimes I can open the file in Solidworks, find the ghost and "hide" it.

Have you tried "Remove free lines and points" (or whtever it's called in the English version) in the CAD/Modify menu?

That didn't work, so I went to CAD - Creating features, and looked in Hierarchy. That wireframe box is nowhere to be found?

Go to CAD, SETTINGS, GEOMETRY, un-check show 3d geometry features on cad model, and/ the one right below it. That should get rid of your ghost
