[St...]
We've been getting this error at the end of execution while trying to generate reports. It occurs from the autorun screen, operators then need to exit and go into the actual program to generate a report with the last run info. It doesn't happen every time and it did happen occasionally on our old Windows 7 PC, but since upgrading to Windows 10 last year it has occurred much more frequently. I'm not sure what the error message is referencing beyond a possible registry error? This is 2014, SP3 running on a Windows 10 PC.zeiss_error.jpg
[Ri...]
Are you certain that you have read/write access to the folder that it is trying to store data to?
[St...]
Yeah, it's a public shared drive where all of our CMM reports go to, and I've made sure we're not losing connection to it at all.
[Ri...]
Change the public drive for a local drive (C:) If it works, then its a network issue.
