[Ch...] Posted July 13, 2020 Share Posted July 13, 2020 I had a similar issue on my two newest Accura II's. Basically it is a shaft alignment problem. We had one that took almost a year to start clicking and one brand new one that clicked when it got here. Zeiss was good and fixed both issues quickly. [SH...] Posted July 16, 2020 Author Share Posted July 16, 2020 Thanks for all the reply, I got help from Zeiss, they came to my plant and run the machine for one hour continually using their laptop. But did not observed any sound. They told without understanding the rootcause can't take any action. They told me try to record the sound. Now I am trying to record the sound. This is normally aligned at the factory but they have a field alignment procedure. This only impacts the band driven systems. The older direct drive systems do not have this issue. Engineer came again after my complaints, as you mentioned it is the problem in drive, after long investigation he told, it from the bearing in the drive.
