Hallo Andreas,

ich denke mal das deine Gewinde auf 14mm hoch projiziert wird!?
Siehe Bild. Was bei dem schrägen Gewinde therotisch auch geht.190_8fc608f634dcc61eafcb2d022301d62c.jpg

Sorry if I'm just restating what Marti said above, but that 14 mm distance represents the length over which the projected axis of the hole must fall within the 0.3mm diametrical tolerance zone. I don't know of any good way to measure this at MMC for a threaded hole. A thread locator will center on the upper flank of the thread (in theory) when it's drawn tight, and then how much "bonus tolerance" do you add? I suppose attributes inspection could be done through fixed limit gauging, with a thread go gauge with a precision shoulder inserted through a plate with a locating hole. But as the note in that figure suggests, MMC on a threaded hole is non-functional, because that's not how threaded fasteners work when they are drawn tight.

Aaron,

I am with you the MMC for threaded holes, which is for the "R&D Sirs". We measure the position normally without an MMC because the
Thread diameter is also with a filter ... always a matter of its own.
