Tolerancing Polarity

In the past if I was checking say a Z minus depth pocket and the print calls for lets say 1.000 deep +.01/-0 and I'm checking the depth in minus Z (- or below Z zero) I would have to tolerance Calypso at 1.000 -.01 for it to calculate per print. Same for all one way minus tolerances in x and y too. Now all the sudden (with multiple operators) Calypso is calculating the opposite. Is there a setting that someone has by chance changed. I have an old and new printout(same program), with same actual on both parts, Calypso says 1 part is in tolerance and 1 part is out. THANKS

Yes, there's a setting that tells Calypso whether to calculate tolerances "along the axis" or by absolute values (unsigned).
Unfortunately I don't know what it's called in English, and I don't have access to a Calypso seat right now.
The global setting is somewhere in Extras / Settings, but there's also a per-characteristic setting in the measurement plan editor.
