[Mi...]
ok guys, I have a positional composite tolerance, pretty basic stuff. Called out 4x .010_ABC with a composite tolerance of .003_A. On an FAI I enter results for the position 4x. I enter the result for the composite 1x. The source inspector says I have to enter it as 4x? I say "no, it's a composite tolerance, you enter it as one since it's all 4 holes together, each hole is reported on piweb but the worst result is reported." Am I right or do I report 4x? or is there more to it?

[Ri...]
Typical aerospace I've been involved in you report all holes, it can be individually or a range.
[Mi...]
yeah, I always report positional tolerances individually, but I always thought that the composite tolerance was reported as a group. I finally figured that reporting them as a range would answer both scenarios.
