Release system stylus

Hi all;

I hope you can help me. We have a CMM Accura and for a few days it has not let me release the system stylus, neither with the control (shift + return + F2), nor directly in calypso. Only the light remains blinking and does nothing.

Do you know why it does that?

Run the CMM in Simulation Mode? Does the CMM change probes automaticly in the magazine? Restart?
(shift + return + X) for warm start.
