I have an old drawing with:

R1.510 +/- .010
BOTH SIDES,
INLINE WITHIN .010

pointing to the cylindrical cutout.

Does anybody know what INLINE precisely means?

No, you can use concentricity, coaxiality, tru position.
If you measure circle concentricity can use, if you measure cylinder co axiality can use.
