since we upgraded to windows 10 and Calypso 6.8, i have been getting these random Scheme ACIS interface driver extension errors. i've only seen these errors while i'm running programs in Autorun mode. as one pops ups and i close it another one pops up. i will try to show the pictures in order of the pop up. 3221_ee4235eb609b4480157e747b4458c525.jpg

Calypso 2019 comes with ACIS R29. If you're running an older graphics card, it may not support ACIS R29? You may need to update your graphics driver. One of our application engineers here had the same thing happen. Go to Device Manager and find out what graphics card you have, and find the driver from the manufacturers website and update it using their installation files. I've not had success using Windows 'Update Driver' function.

Just a suggestion.

Oh, you should be fine then. Sometimes, the computers get built and shipped before the latest service pack gets released. Have you tried installing the latest service pack? 6.8.12 was released on 03/23, so perhaps just installing that will resolve your issue.

I've found that sometimes, I need to go and set my graphics settings to a more powerful setting. If you right click on the desktop, and go to NVIDIA Control Panel, Manage 3D settings from the left sidebar, and then set the profile from Base Profile to Autodesk Motion Builder Compatible.

I'd try these first before the driver update. I didn't know you got the PC straight from Zeiss, I just assumed it was an older one.

Hi Chris,

Please sign in to view this quote.

I have the same problem.
How did you solve it?

Did the update to 6.8.12 help?

The exact same thing was happening to me when I had Avast antivirus running with firewall on.
Uninstalled Avast - switched to Windows Defender and have never seen it again.
