How do I translate/rotate only one model when I have more than one model in a program?

I notice that when I'm using 2 models and I use "CAD model transformation", both models move. How do I select just one model?

CAD > Modify CAD Entities. You can select the body you want to manipulate either in the Hierarchy tab, or by selecting the Edit Body tab and clicking in the CAD window. Then you go to the Positioning tab and use the fields there.

I regularly import the different solid models that make up an assembly into a single program. This allows me to turn the different components off and on as I need them for programming. One important thing I found out the hard way, is do not do a healing process. If you do this it will make everything one big solid model which does not allow the individual components/entities to be turned on and off anymore.
