I believe you have to go to Multiple Printout --> select Default Printout from the "Printout Features" drop down.... select the Default Printout, and turn the green Checkmark into a red X.... on every program (or set this up as a dummy Measurement Plan, and use it to begin every program. I felt like the initial release of 2018 had this problem where you couldn't disable the Default Printout no matter what, but I believe later Service Packs addressed this.
