Temp stylus not available.

Hello,
I have a Duramax CMM with Calypso 2015. There is a message in my status window that says "Temperature stylus not available or inactivated" does this mean my temp comp is not working? Also on my report where "Temperature Scale" is displayed, all scales (X Y & Z) say 20.00° but the "Temperature Workpiece" displays what I've typed in when the program begins. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
