[Ry...]
Hello, I mashed several buttons on the joystick panel (BP26 standard model) and now when driving manually, Y and Z move normally but X moves very slowly. We do not have any documentation on the function of this jogbox controller. So I have 2 questions: 1. is there a series of keys that I can press to change the x-axis jog speed? 2. Is there any online documentation that explains all of the jogbox functions so I don't have to bother you fine people? Regards, Ryan
[SH...]
In my knowledge there is no special key to control the speed of a particular axis... I strongly believe it is a hardware problem.. Anyway I attached the control console manual,it will not help you even though..Zeiss Control box 26SE.pdf
[Ry...]
Thanks for the manual, Shabu. I'll keep experimenting. I really appreciate the reply.
[Ry...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Again, thank you for the post. My control box is actually the 26, and not the 26SE. I don't suppose you have the manual for that one too? The movement in the X axis looks like it is limited by the controller to the probing speed during X axis movement. CNC movement is not restricted in speed in any axis.
[SH...]
Sorry to say that I don't have it. so you are facing the problem that while moving the joystick in X direction the machine moves very slowly, compared to other axis isn't it?? Tomorrow I will ask my service engineer about this, will try to help you..
[Ow...]
This (attached) is from 2006 and doesn't specify the box type but, I think it's the 26. I remember having a problem something like you describe and had to re-calibrate the joysticks. Give it a try.

[ch...]
Please sign in to view this quote. This is applicable to 26SE, I don't have that x-x y-u button...
