I did, here you go.

"T:\ABC\CMM Data\XXXXXX_Op-30_Rev_B_datalyzer\"+ getRecordHead("planid")+ getRecordHead("partnbinc")+"_chr"+".txt"
"T:\ABC\CMM Data\XXXXXX_Op-30_Rev_B_datalyzer\"+ getRecordHead("planid")+ getRecordHead("partnbinc")+"_fet"+".txt"
"T:\ABC\CMM Data\XXXXXX_Op-30_Rev_B_datalyzer\"+ getRecordHead("planid")+ getRecordHead("partnbinc")+"_hdr"+".txt"

Excellent, thank you. Forgive my ignorance... Do I understand correctly that simply by having the file named '[...]_chr' that Calypso will output the planid characteristics, and likewise naming the file with '[...]_fet' produces a file with the planid features? Or does each of these lines produce a file that contains all 3 (chr, fet, hdr) ?
Thanks,
Jonathan

I get it. Selecting the file type in the drop down. Never noticed all 3 options were already in there. Thanks!

Still though, I can create a file naming convention, but the table files are not output unless I hit the radio button in the [resources>results to file] menu. So it isn't working as a global switch to turn on table files for me; I'll still need to hit that radio button in each program. Is that what you found?

Instead of using NEW to create programs, use a template program with table files set to on. Open the template program and do a SAVE AS and then you create your program.
