So yes my machine shut down in the middle of the run and this error popped up.

I do not know what the "emergency stop chain" is and my air pressure is 74psi

Anyone have any ideas?

Air pressure at 5 bars?
Its tough to diagnose when the pressure dips under 4.7 for just a moment when something on the shop floor draws a big volume, because by the time the machine flakes out and you go around to take a look the pressure is back up to 5 and you have no idea what happened.

I shut off the software and machine and it took about 10 minutes before pressing the drives button and it would turn them on
I am up and running now Air pressure is still 74psi. We did just get a new machine I wonder if it is drawing a ton of air when they start it up.... food for thought

I had a similar issue a while ago.

The drives would cut out at random, and I could always get them back up essentially right away.

The problem went away when we moved some mills to a different building. I believe it was a transient drop in pressure.

If it continues to happen regularly, you could consider a local reservoir of compressed air with a backflow valve to buffer any pressure drops.

Well came in today and was running machine fine till just about 1pm on the very last feature of the program it stopped.

Apparently there has been a problem with the air compressor and they came in to fix it today. I was missed in the notification of this. 🙄

So when pressure dropped machine shut off.

Compressor up now and all better 90 psi and running fine.
