What's the best way to get the reference bolt circle diameter in this print?

Unfortunately, this is something that we have to give a measurement for, and I can't get the nominals to pull in correctly from the CAD.

I haven't had any luck trying to recall the features into a circle as of yet. It looks correct on the screen, but I'm missing something because the nominal is coming in at 1.738ish and the print is calling for 1.728. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Do a center to center straight line distance between the 2 holes.

It doesn't matter what the bolt circle measures because the X/Y dimensions of the holes control the location and BC size. As long as those are in tolerance you're good to go.

If you have a model, and used Polar caliper measurement, that nominal bolt circle is correct. Look at the nominals in X, Y for each hole. Maybe they rounded off somewhere.

Nominal coordinates do equal the bolt circle diameter.
Are you using the corner edge for alignment or the hole in the middle? 164_48288864555b7e0443e5028538c64389.jpg

Ahhh this makes sense, I'm aligned to the corner edges. The simple distance was in tolerance, but I'll mess with this later when I get some time. I bet it will come right in once I'm aligned to the middle bore.
