Calypso6.8.1201 3d Curve Crash Help

I am at a loss as to what is happening with a program written and used since October of 2015.
The original program was written using Calypso 6.0.20 and subsequently used with Calypso 6.2.16, 6.4.04.
We received a new order for this particular part and now when we try to run it using Calypso 6.8.1201 the following message appears and program freezes with stylus in the part.
Anyone else ever have this happen.
One other caveat I have been encountering is, Calypso will mysteriously shut down out of the blue with a message
VWNT.EXE*32 has stopped working and will shut down. Along with message we are asked if we want to shut down or look for a solution and then shut down. I did the later and got a message Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 has a revoked license and to re-install.
Is this in the installation program, and if so where.
I have to admit I can restart Calypso and it will run for 3 to 5 hours before the message will pop up again.
