Stylus sigma + XYZ & Radius

I created two stylus qualification programs for each of our three Conturas.
One for Geometry re-qual and one for passive. I've added characteristics
(Result elements) with PCM that outputs the stylus sigma value. I want to
add to that the stylus radius and the XYZ values. Is this possible?

commands are what you are looking for. Though the Vector portion throws me off.

Why not use default report to save your calibration data?
Or if you have updated 6.8,you could use "Stylus data".

Thanks for all the help guys. I went with the .radius & .probeVector.X, Y&Z in result
elements. If I wanted to apply a tolerance to the radius value, what would it be?

Now that I've got this incorporated into my stylus qualification programs, what tolerance would I apply to these XYZ vectors?
