[Jo...]
Hello, I'm working on a circuit board and I'm trying to get a depth measurement of a small bore with a nominal of depth of 0.056. I'm using the DK 0,5 L22 probe downward in the -Z direction. What I've done: -Take a plane measurement of the bottom of the bore. -Use a Perpendicular to compare the Bottom bore plane with the Top surface plane and using the depth measurement there as that depth. My measurements are averaging 0.045. I don't believe this is the correct way to get depth, would anyone have any suggestions? Thank you, -Joe

Can you possible to check perpendicular distance using plane to plane feature??
