OFFLINE PLANNER, ADAPTER PLATE IS BELOW PROBE

Help! My adapter plate is below my probe. I have already set up my CMM settings to the actual machine we use. Also, I have already created my stylus system creator for my master probe. AND linked my new probe to the ssc file as you can see in the photo. I'm not really sure why its not connecting to the holder itself. (I have the 2019 Calypso if that helps enough!)

There are pre-built MasterProbes in the SSC. Make sure you have one saved for the MT/VAST.

Then when you build a stylus system, and you go to import it, make sure you select your pre-built MasterProbe in the top portion of the import SSC window first.

Jennifer. Can you post your ssc file as an attachment? What model machine are you using? Is the picture after doing Import SSC MasterProbe function?

I could not attach my ssc file but I hope the pdf document could help. We run an Accura II machine. Also, the probe does function. I can move it manually, but my adapter plate is still below the stylus. The picture I included is me trying to set up my rack holder. The two stylus I imported from the ssc file is correct on the rack holder, but it's still backwards on the actual machine itself.

Is it only this probe on your machine or does every probe have the same Problem?
If it is every probe it could be a problem with the original machine setup. I have the same problem when I have 3 or 4 different machines in one offline software seat. I would suggest building a new machine and see if it goes away.

On my 2019 Calypso, if you click on the measurement plan simulation a tool bar will pop up! There are two machine icons. Click on the one that is fully grey and has the red stylus. If you have bubble help it should say show CMM. But in order to show your machine. You would have to go to your CMM settings and connect to the machine you have!

Figured out the problem! Got in contact with Zeiss and my problem was a special case. Apparently I found a bug and they will fix it for me soon! 😃
