Multiple errors, cannot get calypso to start.

We upgraded to 6.8 several months ago.

About 2-3 times a week Calypso will stop responding after measuring a part, while trying to create a pdf report. Usually, we just reboot and continue on.

However yesterday, it has stopped us completely. We now get the two error messages (attached.)

We called the help desk yesterday and were given a ticket number, but have not received any response since then. I've called the help desk this morning, but it goes to voice mail.

Does anyone have any troubleshooting steps to resolve this? We cannot use our CMM for anything at this point.
