The are a couple of ways. Depends on a few things. You can use simple distance, cartesian
distance, caliper measurement. Can you post a drawing showing a little more detail?

Simple distance or caliper distance will work.

Just plug the features in and choose whether it's in your x or your y. This is assuming your alignment matches the drawing.

So, if by chance you are using that top edge as Y zero, and the left edge as X zero in your
base alignment, then you can use Cartesian distance for the hole to hole (5.53) distance
and then check Y in the two circle features (I'm assuming it's asking for both holes) for the
5.76 and check X in the left circle feature for the 1.66.
