Export Results Manually

Hello,

We currently have Calypso doing "Results to File" with the table to file and merge turned on. It works perfectly fine with PiWeb being used as a visual way to look at the data and the characteristic.txt file for exporting to other software.
The characteristic and merge text files are automatically created after each run. Is there a way to manually select when to export the results to the merge text file?
There are times during our setup where we do have a few bad parts and would like to be able to choose to export when we do have a good part so we are not going into the merge file and cleaning it up every setup.

The easiest solution might just be to copy and paste the entire inspection folder, and rename the new one with a "SETUP" in front. You could have it not report anything, and when the proper adjustments are made, switch back over to the main program.

Or maybe just tick off the "results to file" when doing a new setup?

That would be a good work around for me to do anytime I run it, but the plan is to have operators check their parts on the CMM by themselves throughout 2nd and 3rd shift.
We need something that won't require a lot of input since we will have a bunch of different operators.
Just wanted something a bit more straightforward if it was possible.
