Bios Update (yes or no)

My Workstation 7820 has a new BIOS (2.26.1) and I do not know if I want to update it or not?

Dear Mitja,

currently the GOM certified version 2.18. Never versions are not tested.

The Dell Command/ Support Assist tool always tries to push the newest updates onto the machine. As this behaviour may spoil our certified driver and configuration, we remove this/ these tool/ s.

If the update is mandatory because of your ITs security policy and otherwise it is banned from the network, you are free to try. But if you should experience problems after the update, we may need to ask you to get back to the certified version 2.18.
