Wrong diameters reported

It is difficult to give a correct answer without complete boundary conditions.
"Conspiracy theories" are the effect and forum members are unsettled by "global" statements.
Suggestion:
Provide a short compressed test plan including measured values with "wrong" result (large CMM),
and the file with the "correct" result (small CMM) in the forum.
Also the stylus system.

Example (see test plan in the appendix)
- CALYPSO 6.8 (2020) [mm]
- Run it by Planner or Simulation
- Function
A deviation can be entered for each individual measuring point in the attached test plan.
The result illustrates the correlation between center point and radius of a small circle segment,
which is determined by the standard circle calculation.

My global statement
- With a 9 point measurement, a single outlier leads to an unusable result,
since neither an outlier analysis nor a filter is possible.
- The shape deviation must always be considered for such measurement tasks.
- The cylinder calculation has two additional degrees of freedom and is therefore even more critical.
- Additional question: Are the two radii the same or conical?
- ...

Enjoy, playing with the inspection 😮 1828_6121027bb738d9da9019f2775566069d.zip

Are you creating the the Radius with a dot ?
As far as I know, you need to scan. To use this method
