[Bi...] Posted March 31, 2020 Share Posted March 31, 2020 Hello, I've written an inspection routine on a Zeiss O-Inspect utilizing both tactile (probe) and optics (camera). The routine operates as expected HOWEVER, if I re-qualify the probe, the optics do NOT hit the same locations as PRIOR to when the probe was re-qualified. When you qualify the tactical stylus the relationship between the tactical stylus and optics are broken. The tactical to optical program updates relationship between the two. I tried creating a new camera optics configuration but it still won't run... There's an offset between the probe and the camera, but I cannot correct it with the defined program. Thoughts?
