[Br...] Posted April 6, 2020 Share Posted April 6, 2020 Hello Everyone, This morning our hotline was over burdened with a "Faulty Calypso Installation. Contact IT" error. Seems as though the latest Antivirus update has quarantined / deleted some of our dll's. These dll's are found in the c:program files (x86)\zeiss\ZLAU\CLient directory. If you can have your IT un-quarantine these files and set them as exceptions, you will be back in business. If your AV deleted these files, you must uninstall and reinstall the Zeiss Activation Utility. This install can be found on the portal or on your Zeiss Install Media.
