[Ma...]
I was updating our Probe Catalog for which probes we may need to replace and on the Zeiss Catalog Website the .7mm DK and 20mm Length probes are no longer part of this Catalog. Anyone have any similar issues or other discontinued Probes that I might not be aware of any good Alternatives?
[Aa...]
Not sure where you're located. We're in the Midwest. ITP Styli has worked out really well for us. They can get us better probes with much better speed. They have many probes that are really comparable to what you're describing. Their website includes a place to enter Zeiss or Qmark's catalog numbers.
[Pa...]
Matthew, you can get every probe you want from ZEISS 😉 The standard webshop offers more than 5000 styli in M5, M3 and M2, what is quiet a lot compared to others. If you can´t find your required probe, just write an E-mail to accessories.metrology.de@zeiss.com (Germany) or info.metrology.us@zeiss.com (US) and they add it to the standard catalog. [CA...]
Hello!!! For some measurement of small parts we need to use small probes, 1mm is not enough, so we decided for a pointer stylus (0.1mm) Now we have a doubt, how to qualify it? With the same reference sphere? When possible how to reduce the amount of points for qualification or reduce the sphere couverage?
