Profile on gear (a=30°)

Please activate the tooth thickness deviation.
I bet you´ll see a big difference from actual to nominal tooth thickness.
If this is the case the second flank (typically the left one) which is not used for feeding in shows this "shifted" profile deviation curves.
The reason in this cases is the tooth thickness deviation

Roman Gross thank you very much for you advice. You were right, that there's a big difference between actual and nominal tooth thickness. But my engineer of technologist cannot understand: why 😮 😮 ?
I thought that picture of profile will change in act.file , but nothing. May be I will measure a new gear with "correct " tooth thickness and see a good picture profile .
