[Ro...] Posted March 18, 2020 Share Posted March 18, 2020 Please activate the tooth thickness deviation. I bet you´ll see a big difference from actual to nominal tooth thickness. If this is the case the second flank (typically the left one) which is not used for feeding in shows this "shifted" profile deviation curves. You were right, that there's a big difference between actual and nominal tooth thickness. But my engineer of technologist cannot understand: why 😮 😮 ? I thought that picture of profile will change in act.file , but nothing. May be I will measure a new gear with "correct " tooth thickness and see a good picture profile .
