Create a symmetry point between the two 6mm edges, then construct a 3D line between the two symmetry points. I am at home now, due corona problem we have 21 days shutdown here, so I can't check in calypso wheather it can edit or not. I think it can edit. I did it lot of time in Cartesian coordinate not in polar. If you have more area try to create a symmetry plane, l mean single plane not two plane.
