Probe head too sensible

Hi,

We have recently bought a new probe head for our Zeiss MMZ-B since our older one had issues registering points. Uppon installation of the new probe head, we have realised that when we manually move the probe in Z+, the machine detects a crash, while there is absolutely nothing in the way. It also thinks it's crashing when re-qualifying some 4 way probes.
Could this be a head defect? Or is it a matter of some sort of calibration?
