Machine moving in the wrong direction

I am attempting to run an existing program and at certain areas of the part, the probe either movies in the wrong direction, or drives through the part without triggering. I have tried deleting the features and creating them new, but same result. Doesn't matter if I program from CAD, or physically take the points. This is the third program this has happened to me on, all this week. I've been doing this a long time and never seen this before. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I wish it were something that simple. 95% of the program runs fine. Same if I create new features on any other area of the part. It's just one small area. I thought maybe the CAD was corrupted, but replacing it did not help. These programs have run in the past.

I highly doubt a corrupted CAD can have anything to do with the program not running. Calypso doesn't care about the model while a program is running, except in Planner/Simulation. The model is only supplying data to create a feature, but after that the existing feature is the only source of information. Certain exceptions may apply for freeform surfaces storing the CAD faces to be measured.

To help you better, we need more information about the portion that doesn't work. Any special features or measurements included? Any formulas or PCM stuff in the program? Things like that.

Is there a extra Coordinate-System for this part? Look in the last feature that is ok, maybe there is the stylus change or some positionponits ? ๐Ÿ™„
