I believe you go to the "Special" tab in the Base Alignment window, choose rotate by distance's. Then you enter your XY offsets. You first make one dowel XY zero and then planar rotate the second dowel, then the rotate by distances, make sense? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
