Copy and paste to different orientation

I have a cylinder ,its axis pointing to x plus direction, I copy and paste that feature to different orientation and I change the nominal value,diameter and vector direction to z plus, also I change the stylus from no.5 to no.1.Both the cylinder under same alignment, even though when l run the second cylinder it take point in different location ,not the area where I intended.where I made the mistake??
