[To...] Posted February 20, 2020 Share Posted February 20, 2020 If a curve is using a secondary alignment using the special button only to control its’ nominal values and then choose to create a Best Fit Alignment (WP_3D curve1) from that curve, are the translations and rotations relative to the curve’s secondary alignment or the BA? I’m thinking the secondary but not real sure. Since my original post, I found out some additional items. See pic below I am translating in Z and rotating about Y and Z, but WP alignments show some rotation around X, as well. Makes me think the WP alignment values are based on the BA, but the curve may be reflecting results related to the secondary. . . Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
