Start alignment / loop

One of our programs was run this morning and the part failed miserably (.003 - .007"), normally we see tenths. I re-established the start alignment and ran the program in CNC.This time the part measured good (verified by manual checks). Now I have a loop n the base alignment, why wouldn't the loop correct any error?

Hello,
How many loops do you have in place and do you have a break condition?
Its possible the amount of loops may need to be increased (max 5) or a more stable feature(s) may need to be selected.
