[Ro...] Posted February 17, 2020 Share Posted February 17, 2020 We are getting a new ceramic calibration ball for our Contura G2 CMM. (30mm sphere). The old one has a chip. Is there anything special that I have to enter into the CMM itself when it arrives, our gaging guy mention the sphere diameter might be different. As far as I remember, all I would have to do is mount the new sphere then do a manual alignment with the Master probe. If I,m wrong or have to do anything else let me know. [No...] Posted February 17, 2020 Share Posted February 17, 2020 In the calibration window there's an icon in the toolbar (second from the left) which opens the calibration sphere management dialog.
